What payment methods do you accept?

Woodchip currently only accepts PayPal. This is to cut down on processing fees that large credit card companies charge, and we can't do that because of our reward system that gives customers 3% back on each purchase.

Do you offer same-day delivery?

Delivery options are up to the seller. If you have Woodchip+, Woodchip pays for the seller's version of Standard Shipping, or if the seller only accepts one shipping method, we will cover that.

How do I apply credit from my Chipcard to an order.

If you would like to apply credit to an order through Woodchip or our partner brands, enter the amount of credit you would like to use in the notes section of checkout. You can find your credit amount by emailing us. If the credit amount given is more than what you have, we will use all of your available credits.
