We founded Woodchip to solve three basic problems.

1. Sellers can't find customers.

2. Customers can't find sellers.

3. Even if they do find each other, the prices may be not even close to affordable.

Here's how Woodchip changes that. Woodchip doesn't charge sellers any set fee to start selling on our platform. We only take 7% of each sale. Some of that 7% goes towards our rewards for our customers. Each purchase a customer makes, they get 3% back onto a Chipcard. A Chipcard is credit that can be used at Woodchip or any of our partner business. We don't charge our customers anything to start shopping. However, we do offer Woodchip+ that offers a 5 day extended return policy on all orders eligible for return, and an extra 30 days of warranty for all products eligible for warranty. Woodchip+ also offers free shipping on all orders - no matter the brand. Woodchip+ is just $7/month or $70/year and comes with a 30 day free trial (no cancellation until after the first payment month has been completed).
